The apartment was nice, but the glue would come up through the floor any time it was mopped. None of the grounds keepers speak english. And the office staff is the rudest i have come across in 10years. They dont answer any questions and try evicting you if you voice any sort of complaint. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix our fan in the dining room. There were plenty of instances where water was shut off without notice, and maintenance entering the apartment without reason. Mail has been broken into 3 times in the last two years. Management does not seem to care. Property Management company, Legacy Partners, is horrible.
Very good place! I would recommend this place to any of my friends! Haven't had any issues with putting in for maintenance work orders and it getting done in a timely manner. Very friendly management. Clean area. Can't be any happier than I am!
