new management is terrible they do no upkeep the place, they say they take care of the rodents when i had to pay 500$ out of pocket to fix my car from rodent damages, they double charged us rent and wont refund us back, and the price is absolutely terrible. no one in the office picks up, when they locked down the mail room where your mail is locked up, i jad a package in there and couldn't get it. when i finally got ahold of someone she LEFT IT OUTSIDE THE LEASING OFFICE FEONT DOOR where anyone could of gotten it and didnt b... read more
RecommendedI've lived at Westlake Greens for over 2 years, and I absolutely love it. My apartment is spacious and affordable. The location is excellent. The neighbors are friendly. The staff is helpful and prompt at addressing any issues that arise, and they are constantly making complex-wide improvements (repaving old parking, replacing roofing, adding secure package delivery lockers, and more).
This complex is very close to any retail store and restaurant and is only 15 minutes from the city. The management team is very friendly and they keep the property clean and are quick to help if you have any issues with your unit. They have one, two, and three bedroom units. I highly recommend checking them out they are very affordable.
My family and I love it here the staff are super helpful and friendly beautiful grounds..The only thing I wish is that There were hardwood floors and black appliances..but the living space is very big I highly recommend these apartments!!
