I just had a bad experience at this place that really makes me question their professionalism. I booked an appointment for an evaluation over a month ago and clearly explained what I wanted; I was assigned a PA. Today, I arrived for my appointment, and the receptionist casually told me it had been cancelled. When I asked why, she said the assigned professional didn't perform the treatment I was looking for.
