So I saw PA Christian Bourdeaux, and I was highly disappointed to say the least- in the appointment he talked so fast that I could not understand anything. I had to ask him to repeat two times and I still didn’t process it so I called the office the next day for post biopsy treatment care. Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment at this location, called this location on the day of the appointment 45mins before the appointment to ask if there was a grace time if I am running late and she asked me for my appointment info and I gave it to her and she said yes there is a 10mins grace time or the appointment will be rescheduled I said ok and hung up the call. I reached at the clinic 3-4 mins late and she asked for my info again and said that I have to reschedule bcoz I was late, asked her the reason why and sh... read more
