We just updated the lighting at Westlake Apartment Homes and wow the place really POPs! Not only will LED lighting help them keep your monthly rates stable for years to come, it really makes the public areas look clean, fresh, and new! We found management to be great. They were accommodating in every aspect of our work. They are making tons of improvements to the property and so if you're interested in the area we know it's a destination to put on your shopping list. I like living in Westlake Apartment s!! The fact they have 2 pools is awesome. Staff seems friendly and helpful.

The appliances are outdated. Maintenance are really nice & helpful. They never answer the phone. The people in the office are very helpful except for Louis.

I love living here. It's quite, great school zones, and close to EVERYTHING!! I really love coming home. My apt is a good size and everything is updated. I cant say much about the front office b/c I never have a reason to contact them. I guess that's a good thing. :) The only thing I would change is keeping the stairways clean and adding valet trash. I surely do recommend this apt homes to anyone.
