RecommendedAbsolutely. I lived there for two years and loved the environment. The staff were always willing to help. The location is also ideal as its near to many stores, Central Fl. Zoo and historical Sanford Fl.
Staff is beyond disrespectful. tried to get the pet rent taken off when my dog died; they told us to produce a certificate of death... when our dog died just a few days ago.... also that is not a thing, they dont make death certificates for pets. this isnt the first time the staff has been unnecessarily rude or derogatory to me either. they're beyond unhelpful whenever I have an issue that needs resolved, half the time I have to send my fiance in to get whatever I need done bc they just dont take my complaints seriously for ... read more

Apartments are So beautiful and it worth every nickel and dime!
Staff aren't nice, they yelled at me for washing my car, when I go to the pool they walk up to me and question if I'm a resident here every time, and my car got damage because of them and they won't work with me about it, can't wait to move out
Not only has the apartment complex not fixed a leaky ceiling that has ruined a new couch, but they refuse to return a $200 deposit for use of a Cabana. The place was left the same, if not better, than it was found. We haven't heard back from the office manager or Fogleman Mngmt Group. The deposit should have been returned the business day following September 16, 2017. The office is uncooperative, dishonest, and most unprofessional.
