The staff at Dr.Tina Merhoff's office are always so gracious to the parents, and are wonderful with the kids! The dentists are, of course, top notch as well!
I really like Merhoff & Associates. The office staff is so nice and professional. My only concern is that we never really get to talk to the actual dentist, only the hygienist (who are very knowledgable). Other than that, I love it there and would recommend them to friends and family.
You guys always provide loving personal care and really take an interest in my girls' well being. I even got a special treat with a personal visit from Dr. Kim in the waiting room. I am still not hapoy about having to pay for services upfront and then waiting for insurance to pay but I understand.
My son had an accident and both of his front teeth were knocked out. Dr. Tina saw him right away and put him completely at ease during the many visits for reconstruction. I was so pleased with the outcome that I now bring both of my children to this dentist for all of their dental needs.
My son is very shy, but you guys always make him feel welcome there and that the dentist office is not so bad. Thank you for taking such great care of my son. I would not go anywhere else. All of your staff is so nice and pleasant and you can tell that they love children.
Today at our visit Mika was wonderful with Easton. She made him feel comfortable and made his experience getting his teeth cleaned fun. She is a natural when it comes to dealing with Children.
Ashley was wonderful with my son. She could sense he was a little scared and gave him great encouragement during his xrays and exam. By the end he was relaxed and laughing. Thumbs up !
