It's our first time here and so far it's pretty good. Quite and the staff has been great, very helpful. Need more shuttles to grocery stores so we don't have to walk to onesmiths is to far away to walk and if you don't have a car and don't want to take the city bus line it would be nice if Westgate offered their bus service

Nice rooms but we are treated very rudely the staff is inconsiderate the shuttle drivers are rude and moody we have had west gate timeshares for 18 years in different states we came here for my moms birthday and the way we were treated have ruined the whole trip we have already called friends and family who planned on staying here not to come and have posted on eight different Facebook pages all they care about is your money they don't treat you very kind and they make you feel like your a burden by staying here we flew eigh... read more
