Staff are nice and friendly , great location. Beautiful views. With that being said parking arrangements are horrible , & the grounds keeper must of been fired , grass & weeds in most the cracks taller than the lawn , bare dirt in the flower beds , and shrubs look as if they have not been trimmed in a full year.. It's really little things but they add up.
We stayed at River Terrace From Sept 9-17, 2017. We usually stay at Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort & Spa, but due to the tragic fire that was not possible. We had a wonderful room with a jacuzzi and a nice kitchenette with frig and microwave. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and spacious. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We are moving from Florida to Tennessee, and will stay there again while we view some homes. Oh, we did go to the restaurant, excellent service, great staff, and yummy food. Wonderful resort to relax. Not many amenities but very comfortable. Not the freak show you get on the strip or downtown. Need better communications from front desk.
This is my home away from home ,plus it is a secured place to stay
COZY & ELEGANT. NICE SIZE ROOMS. THE VIEW WAS FANTASTIC. WHAT YOU WANT IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME..
Everything about this place is amazing. You can tell the people love working here, the service was great. The chef put out a master piece of food. I’m looking forward to going back.
