Worst hotel. Horrible customer service. I suggest you stay far away from this poorly managed hotel. Such a disappointment.
I am an owner at the Kissimee resort and switched out my week to visit Las Vegas. The unit was very nice, clean and nice layout. Great staff. Def would come back and stay here. Good job Westgate. Your staff deserves a pay increase.
Great restaurant! We went after a day skiing and had excellent dinner with an exceptional wine list!
I had a such a wonderful and relaxing facial. Amber is AMAZING and so sweet. The atmosphere was soothing and beautiful. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy yourself.
Lovely place, nice, clean rooms, but don’t get hooked into their time share talk!
