We stayed here in October and loved it. It was away from all of the hustle and bustle. I love the shuttle to take you downtown for free. The people were super friendly. I slept better on the mattresses here than at home. Can you tell me what type of mattresses are in your rooms? Lol. Great place to stay. Thank you and we will return.
Stayed here for 7 days had to call for any service at all. Was told we were going to have one full service and didnt get one until I called Called management and kept getting an excuse as to why they couldn't talk. Couldnt get a hold of one person to help us as we are owners of the Westgate. Very disappointed. Also one of the towels we had up that was replaced was dirty and used looking.
This place is horrible don't let the pictures on the internet fool you! it is a roach motel and smells like cheap hotel room, carpet is from 1970, tibs are black! and the customer service at the front desk is non-existent! I will make it known do not stay here I repeat do not make the mistake I made and stay at this horrible nasty place... doesn't even deserve 1 star! I almost slept in my car thats how bad it was!
My husband and I shared a signature spa package and had an extra massage. His pedicure and my facial were amazing. Both of the ladies who gave our massages were very good. Best I have had in a long time and I would ask for them again.
A beautiful, relaxing, family friendly resort. Modern decor and plenty of amenities. A home away from home. Staff are very friendly, helpful and always professional.
The Edge Steakhouse is incredible. Delicious food, an amazing wine selection, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is warm yet classy. The bartenders are experts and so friendly; I love sitting at the bar and relaxing after a long work day.
Slow service. Wasn't informed of the activities at the resort. Carried our own bags too room.
