We have been coming to Westford Family Dental for 5 years now. They are always amazing with our kids and so friendly and warm. We recently brought in our 12 year old daughter, who we recently adopted, and has had bad past experiences with the dentist. The staff was amazing with her and explained everything they did before they did it and helped her relax. She said afterwards that it was not too bad! We always recommend this business to our friends and I even brought my Pre-K class here for a field trip!
Each interaction at the office was friendly and informative. I felt completely at ease. I appreciate Dr. Westford taking the time to review with me the purpose for the visit and showing me before and after photos. As a healthcare provider myself, I always appreciate when an extra moment is taken for patient education. I felt Dr. Westford and his assistant took ample time to ensure the smoothest filling possible and testing repeatedly with flossing to ensure I could be successful myself. Dental cleaning and fillings. Very thorough and gentle work by hygienist who carefully explained required preventative care. Dr. Westford as always made the process as seamless and easy as possible. There were many interruptions for restroom breaks and everyone was patient and understanding.
I just had my teeth cleaned by Kim at Dr.Westfords office. My teeth look and feel great! Cleaning used to be such an ordeal, but Kim is patient, thorough and careful of my comfort. Dr Westford is wonderful and has fixed my dental problems. At 66 years of age, I can say that this is the best my teeth have ever felt.

The staff at Westford Family Dental went over and above today on my service. Went in for a filling, but had a tooth issue come up over the weekend that they addressed instead. A referral was given and one of the staff members drove me down to the other office to address a root canal that is going to be needed. How many dental offices do you know of that will do that for their patients? Thanks bunches for the personal touch!
