The office staff is welcoming and kind, and the dental assistants and hygienists, were as well. As a new patient who just moved to the area--and has moved many times--I know this is not always the case and makes a huge difference. Dr. Flannagan made sure I understood what was going on, and as he provides placement experiences for dental students, explains in jargon-free language. I will be back.
