Very friendly. The appointment was on time and the dentist was thorough. The hygienist was gentle and the assistant was quick with her X-rays. The office was clean, relatively quiet, and seemed to have up-to-date dental technologies. I was offered bleaching and fluoride even before anyone had looked at my teeth or X-rays though, which seemed a bit unusual, especially since there was no mention of whether the treatments would or would not be covered by my insurance before I asked the question. My first visit here. I filled out an appointment request online and shortly after Maggie called me to get more details. I didn't expect it, but I was seen the same day that I initiated the request for an appointment. I came in for an exam. Everyone was extremely friendly. I felt at home right away.My first impression of First Impressions was extremely pleasant.

My hygienist, Karen, was wonderful! She's very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Flannagan is great and always takes the time to explain everything i need to know about my teeth.
