The personnel are friendly and helpful. The services were great.
This was my first time visiting Dr. Flannigan at First Impressions. I gotta tell ya, you're going to love him and his staff. He hasn't started work on my teeth yet so I can't say how good or bad he is. But I can tell you he is very up front about everything, and is seemingly very honest. Once I get my dental work done I will update my review. For now though, I am very happy with him.
Rating is not "Very Good" it's EXCELLENT! The staff and dentist are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend First Impressions & Jason Flannagan.

I arrived on time and was taken back right away to begin the new patient exam. Lauren was very friendly and did a great job getting my X-rays completed. When Dr. Flannagan came in he was interested in getting to know me and my dental history. After reviewing my X-rays he did a great job explaining my treatment plan. I felt like my exam was thorough and the treatment plan reasonable. After I saw Dr. Flannagan, Karen came in to clean my teeth. She was very gentle and concerned about my sensitivity issues. Everything was great! I was greeted by a friendly helpful staff. My exam and cleaning was efficient and thourgh. All of my questions were answered .
This place was great! My son doesn't like the dentist at all due to having so much work done in the past. He broke a tooth off and was in pain and after searching several different dentist to get him in so quickly was not looking good. They not only got us in but, did a temporary fix until we could get done what we needed to get done. My son stated "the assistant didn't spray my teeth with water or air my damaged tooth to dry it which I hate so much meant so much!"
