Today I went into to have a a bridge put back on from a previous dentist 2 ½ years ago. This bridge always felt odd to say the least. Well oh so nicely I found out why, it was not made or fitted correctly. They were so good at explaining everything. Brian is 4 years old and just learning about how to take care of his teeth. Jamie was our hygienist, she spoke to Brian at his level, when describing how to care for his teeth aka "sugar bugs". Brian asks many questions the staff tried to answer them all(some question there are no answers). Awesome experience for Brian. Thank you so much I do have one suggestion: in the goody bag with the tooth paste and new tooth brush, I would like to see a face mask and rubber gloves. From dentist to dental hygienist to front desk attendants; the entire experience from arrival to departure is wonderful. Arrive at your appointment tome and you are invited back to the dental chair before you even sit in the waiting room. I tell everyone about my family's dentist at NorthStar.
At 60 I still have high anxiety with dentists. The reassurance and communication as well as the ability to work at my pace is helpful to say the least
Hectic morning and staff willing to work with us and and maintain high quality and efficiency. They are wonderful to work with as a parent employes with very busy involved son who makes scheduling of appointments a challenge.

Best practice I've ever attended. The entire staff really had their act together and make a visit to the dentist something to look forward to....if that's even possible! 😉
