Every time I have been in the office I have always been greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Everyone cares about your comfort and tries to make your experience as painless as possible. The services rendered by both dentist and associates has always been very professional and of the highest quality.

I went to Northstar originally because of a lost filling, which turned out to also be a broken tooth. I also had a minor toothache which turned out to be a cavity. So I received a crown (first a temporary, then a permanent) and had my cavity filled. I have since been back for a general teeth cleaning. Toothache Christmas Eve EVE. I called the office complaining about a toothache I'd had for 3-4 days. They got me In within the hour. Of course, I was fearing the worst and didn't want to go to the dentist right before Christmas. The hygentist took an X-ray. The dentist came in and took a look, poked around a bit and explained the X-ray looked fine. She had a hunch something might be lodged in between my back teeth. I feel at home at Northstar Family Dental. I feel like family, until I have to pay, which really isn't that bad.
Our family has been going to Northstar since they opened. They are definitely one of the best offices around. Dr. K and staff were great with my almost 5 year old grandson.
