Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in a dental office (and my father was a dentist!) The consideration of my personal comfort level (a blanket and neck pillow and tv!) combined with the professionalism, communication and high quality of service by all the staff (a filling that 'fit' without having to be adjusted!) -- I quickly found myself at ease and trusting. This was my first visit. I wish I could go back tomorrow...and have to wait a bit in the waiting room so I could have coffee and snacks.
I had negative experiences with dentists in the past but my experience at Northstar Family Dental was the best experience ever for me. From Megan to Kara to Dr. Kulesa - all were top notch and very, very good at their craft. Along with the X-rays and exams, each of these professionals provided friendly and thorough explanations and developed a complete dental care plan. My wife and granddaughter go to Northstar. I would highly recommend this team to other families.
First time in as a new patient today and had and incredible experience start to finish. I haven't been to the dentist since longer than I care to admit but the whole staff was extremely welcoming and professional. Malia is awesome as a hygienist and made me super at ease. Doctor Pheifer was super friendly and knowledgable and so charming. So pleased I didn't hesitate to schedule my first appointment to start fillings the very next day.
I came early and was admitted before my appointment time - no wait. Dr. Kulesa was very informative and gave me various options, and resolved my issue. As always, the entire office was so friendly and accommodating - a truly professional, clean, and relaxing atmosphere.
I recently went in for a crown and the service and crown were free due to minor imperfection in a crown that was put in two years ago. This was the first time I have experienced a "warranty" given for past dental work. The office environment is great and all the dental assistants are great and very service oriented.
Northstar Dental provides excellent care, pstient-centered, professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.
