I visited another dentist office before I went to Northstar and began to dread this previous dental office due to the pain when the hygienist cleaned my teeth. I have excellent dental health and hygiene but love black coffee and it stains my teeth, so it often required a lot of scraping of the stain. Northstar uses advanced methods to remove the stain and polish my teeth. It doesn't hurt. I also love catching an episode of HGTV while sitting in the dental chair getting my teeth cleaned. Prior to going to Northstar, I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist. The sound of the drill would send shivers up and down my spine. It would unnerve me so much that I took very good care of my teeth so I did not have to hear that noise and would ask for the last appointment of the day hoping I would not have to hear someone else being drilled. Very professional and personable. Kaysee gave me a tour of the office. The heigenist, Cara, spent a lot of time with me and explained each procedure. The most innovative dental office I have ever seen. I am very impressed with this dental practice.
