Been a patient for years. Especially enjoy Tracy Cruz, who cleans my teeth. She's like visiting a friend. Good care and quick response to any emergency.
I always receive top of the line dental and customer services. No matter if it is a cleaning ot rootcanal followed by a crown, everybody there makes you feel like home. Top of the line!
The staff is amazing at Westerville Dental Assoc. Susan fixed my temporary crown and I'm chewing food again !
My experience has always been good,Tracy is always very personable and I feel very comfortable with both her and Dr Stckel,I am usually always nervous and anxious and both of them are very helpful
Ms Tracy was great. She explained the importance of dental hygiene with my teenage son and found a common ground (music he enjoys) to talk about during the various procedures. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I had a visit scheduled next month, but some unexpected free time was available yesterday, so I called to see if there were any cancellations so that I might come in for my semi-annual cleaning. Amanda gladly accommodated my request, and I received a follow-up call before I arrived to let me know that Dr. Stickel would not be there to examine me. Tracy, as always, did a great job. Each and every person I interacted with was exceptionally pleasant and thoughtful. Very important to me. (Nervous you know)
My experience was excellent. The procedure started right on time and was completed quickly. The quality of the work was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The staff are so efficient and friendly. Since I found Westerville Dental I no longer dread going to the dentist
