Second time to try my review. Not sure what happened to the first one. My experience was very pleasant. All those who worked on me had my feelings and being comfortable at the top of their minds. All the work was done very professionally and there was absolutely no period of being uncomfortable or concerned. It is not unusual for folks to feel a bit uncomfortable about their dental visits, right? Well Westerville Dental Associates has busted that idea out of the ballpark! From the moment you enter their office you are welcomed, treated with compassion and every effort is made to make your experience as pain free as possible. Westerville Dental Associates are so warm, friendly and definitely professional. Going for checkups is like visiting friends.
Dr. Stickel took over my challenging crown case and resolved it so skillfully! He explained step by step what he had to do before beginning and also during the process. His experience and awesome skills dissipated my anxiety. He is kind and compassionate too! He had to do surgery on my gum in order for the permanent crown to be positioned and remain in my mouth. I was scheduled for a regular cleaning appointment next week, unfortunately that would be two days after starting radiation and chemo. Kirsten was able to fit me in today, on the spot. She is always gentle and thorough. I highly recommend WDA!!
My dentist moved out of the area and I cracked a tooth. My daughter told me about this office. I have to say it was the EASIEST AND FASTEST dental work I've ever had done! Minimal paperwork- very organized- I was in and out in an hour! And my filling fit my retainer (which I forgot to bring!).

Thank you for working hard to get me in prior to the years end. I had a new hygienist for my cleaning, she did great. My crown ended up quite an experience, but what I walked away with was not a bad memory of a tough day in the chair, but rather the tremendous effort and skill of Dr. Stickel, his time spent making me comfortable, not to mention his dental assistants amazing care and concern... and her own expertise.
