The entire staff is professional, personal and accommodating. My husband and I just switched from another dentist's office and I feel confident we made a great decision to do so. They show you pictures of your teeth so you know what they're discussing and better understand any recommendations. A big THANK YOU goes out to everyone for a very positive first experience.
I have had several root canal and crowns done at this office and I have always been happy with the outcome. I can honestly say the procedures have been literally painless. Even the numbing shots do not hurt. When I have called with a toothache or issue, they always get me right in....I am a very happy patient.
The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours but after the numbing took place I was constantly being worked on. Dr. Stickel is the BEST!
My son who is now 7 has always had a pleasant experience at their dentist office. The hygienist even pulled back on his sealants because he was having trouble. She didn't want him to have a bad experience. Im glad we switched to Westerville Dentist practice.
I have had to reschedule my cleaning due to work and sickness. They have been so kind every time I called to try and help me find another appointment. When I most recently inquired about an appointment for the very next day, I was initially told they do not have any openings, however called back a little later that day to say they had a cancellation.
Both the hygienist and dentist were very thorough and friendly. In addition to getting my teeth cleaned and checked, they did cancer screenings and checked for things that might contribute to sleep apnea. They were very good about explaining everything to me.
I have always had a great experience with Dr. Zody and the staff. They are all highly qualified, very professional and yet very personable people that are personally invested in my dental care. The office is beautiful and the exam rooms are comfortable. Whenever I have had a dental problem, they respond immediately and get me right in. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I had a crown and cleaning done today. I was taken care of right away, and everyone was so caring. Dr. Zody is an amazing doctor who cares about her patients!
I have been a patient at Westerville Dental for almost 15 years. They are very friendly, competent, knowledgeable of recent updated dental procedures. The doctors take their time to explain your options and their insurance benefits staff will review your policy coverage. I have had nothing but extraordinary dental care for almost 15 years. The team from the top down makes you feel comfortable and appreciated that you have entrusted your dental health care with them. I am grateful for their years of care.
