Western Wake is a great pediatric practice! They've taken incredible care of my son as we navigate his medical needs. Highly recommend to future parents.
Downgrading review due to the practice forcing customers to use Phreesia software - a company well known for data breaches and privacy violations...and ongoing class action lawsuits. Phreesia software wants SS# of both parents and permission to "mine data" and share data with third party advertisers. Why do they even have two receptionists if it has come to this? Do I need two people to coerce me into clicking on a "check in" link so I can enter my data for a company to resell? My children see Dr. Farrell… he takes his time ... read more
We love Western Wake for our daughter’s primary care! All of the providers have been wonderful and Savannah, our lactation consultant, has been one of the most important team members to us as we became new parents and navigated our breast-feeding journey.
