Called up for the work shop to ask a genuine question. The bloke was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be calling or taking my bike there ever. (Wish it would allow me to give zero stars)
Owner is rude and a liar. Berates customer when a complaint is made. Gave them multiple chances to improve to no avail. Such a shame as the bike itself is great. Will never return and will suggest to others to go elsewhere. Complaint filed with CFMOTO head office in Australia.
What an easy and accommodating business to deal with. No pressure. No B.S. Will be back shortly to buy another bike. Well done guys. You made it easy.
