Honestly the service department here needs some work, on both Toyota and Ford sides. Over the years they have been extremely difficult to get hold of on the phone and won't return calls so leaving a voicemail is pointless. Most of the time I've just had to drive to the dealer to even schedule an appointment. I think the owner needs to be less cheap and hire people to run the phones or something.
