We have purchased 2 new pickups in the last 2 months. A new Toyota Tacoma and most recently a Ford F-150. Lindsay Burns was our saleswoman both times. What a great person! Our experience has been great both times in all aspects of the purchases.

Regarding service, not sales - Ford side: I was blown away at how I’ve been treated by the staff at the Ford service center. After purchasing a new used car, the transmission was clunking between 2nd and 3rd. I was advised to go to the service center as my car has certified and manufacture warranty. The service writer (Charles) shot down my concerns and offered an appointment 3 weeks out. I asked about a loaner or if it’s safe to drive until that time.
