Western Laundry truly knows how to put their customers first. They have bent over backwards to get certain things done and done well. The pick-up and drop off service has been a life-saver and as far as I'm concerned, there is no one better!

Great service -- they ran my especially dirty shirt through a second time at no extra charge. They kept me informed while they went through the extra trouble. Their on-site delivery service is professional, efficient, and friendly. My wife and I have used these guys multiple times, and I see them delivering all around Moscow, including where I work. We highly recommend them!
