I kinda like it but every time I come for my appointment something is broke

If I could give it a negative start i would! Why have an appointment if they aren't going to see you on time!
The staff is rude, they don't smile or greet you when you walk in, they just direct you to a computer to check in. The wait is horrible long. Never been to such a horrible place.
