My mother-in-law who is 65 years old canceled a treatment in august, and they're not refunding her money back. Apparently the manager doesn't have time to process the refund. Terrible place stay away they have zero consideration for customers. If you paid and decide to cancel God knows if they'll give your money back even when they've never did anything on you. ZERO stars and I'm being nice.
The staff are beyond caring. They actually treat you as if you were family. Drs. Taat, and Labeeb took the best care of my husband and I. Office staff Laura, Martha and Diane show the true meaning of customer service by going out of their way and doing whatever it takes to make sure the patients needs are met. We love you guys...
