Excellent service!! Everyone very nice and helpful... there is a wait but worth it... Dentist is amazing... made feel at ease and made experience even less traumatizing she has gentle hands👐🏻 My daughter had a good experience there also... overall a definite 5 star experience
THE RECEPTIONIST VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OPEN DOORS AT 9:00 AM NOT OPENED UNTIL 9:15. APPOINTMENT AT 9 AM FIRST ONES THERE DID NOT SEE DOCTOR UNTIL 11:30 AM WILL NOT RETURN NEED BETTER ATTITUDES EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE
The wait was long but I must say the staff at 1150 e Anaheim st is extremely helpful.i felt comfortable even when I was uncomfortable and in pain.
Dr. Pham, his caring assistant and the reception crew had made our son braces experience great! If you are not happy at your local branch speak up and go come to Long Beach❤
I had to reschedule was waiting over 2 hours for the dentist
