NEVER on time. Here's a novel idea stop overbooking and trying to make excuses of being short staffed. That excuse doesn't work if it happens every day. Avoid this place
I would not recommend the general side to anyone, it takes forever!! Although, I must say.. Their oral surgeon Dr. Hin is very gentle and my daughter really likes him. Other than that, I would recommend going somewhere else. They need more help, or something. Went today and it only took a little over an hour.. Got lucky.. But in most cases it's a 2 hour minimum wait time.. I would highly recommend the ortho side.. They are very professional, fast, on-time, and efficient.

Needs to be a bit more gental instead of jamming thw needles in peoples gums like that did to me I can take some pain so when they had me yelling an crying not cool.
