Dirty reception area. Had to leave. Yuk. People were restless sleeping in the lobby they waited so long. I would never go back.
Ive been here since 10:30 its 12:14 now im irritated this place in tracy sucks.
Every time I come here I have to wait 2-4 hours before I'm seen. I have called corporate before , because of the unprofessional staff. They are rude and its ridiculous that they book 20 people for the same time. We have lives, we don't have time to be sitting here all day . So tired of this place, if I didn't't have braces I would switch to a different orthodontist. Dental is the worst part, every 6 months I go for my check up and the staff is rude and takes even longer.
