Worst place ever. I gave them multiple chances but wait times being 4, 5 and yes I've waited 6 hours after my appointment time to be seen even though each time I saw even early for each of my appointments. Each time was only seen by the dentist for 5 minutes before he went on to the next patient then told by assistant that he couldn't finish and to make another appointment to finish what he started. It's a definite scam. They want to fit as many patients as they can in one day and then have them come back another day so they... read more

Never have a problem taking my daughter for her braces to be adjusted. Never there more than an hour. The staff has ALWAYS been polite and helpful. The dentist is very patient and gentle.
I can't explain all the things that I think were horrible about my visit. The wait is so bad, if you HAVE to go to this office have at least 3 hours free.
I had consultation over two weeks ago, with a complete exam and plan of action...I arrived at my appointment time and it was a total joke! I waited over 3 hours for the oral surgeon to tell me he wasn't comfortable to do the Surgery unless he put me under anesthesia! I'm not comfortable with that, so I left! I heard him yell at the poor lady next to me that she was "over reacting" because she was crying! Then I heard her poor little girl in the room with her also crying!
