Thank you for making my appointment as pleasant as possible. I waited a little but it was way better than my other appointments that I had in the past. I see that they are improving their wait time. I came in for my recall exam. Ashley their office manager came by when I was waiting and asked if I wanted water and magazine. That was really nice of her. This location is a little out dated. But everyone is really nice. They greet my mom and I by name. Dr. Shastry my orthodontist is awesome. You can feel she cares for her patients. And Dr. Nadella my general dentist is great too. They are so caring. Ashley the receptionist and Veronica are the best they always have a smile on. Carolina their PCC is very knowledgeable and she speaks Spanish so it makes it very easy. Thank you so much for that you guys do.
Our appt was an hour an 40 minutes ago and we are still waiting. I'm pissed. I pulled my kids from school because they only had certain times available. They need to learn how much time to book between appts, this is ridiculous. I'll never come back here. Not even an apology for keeping is waiting so long.

The service is great and efficient, the staffs are very accommodating and helpful especially Ashley the Manager in charge. Will definitely recommend this Dental Clinic.
When your appointment was at 3 and the receptionist checks you in at 345. Now it's 4:28 and no one has still seen you. It's not like I got a life or anything, test tomorrow to study for, a baby to get home to. Felicia do your job right.
