Absolutely terrible! They set up a payment plan for 2 crowns, they only put one in. I’ve called, texted, emailed and called again…All I get is the run around. Not one person can take care of this! Then Edger on the phone lied and said it’s one one crown they are charging! I have proof of payments and of contract, and of only one crown in my mouth! They say they offer free x-rays for new patients, they do not. They wouldn’t let my boyfriend do a covered cleaning by insurance without x-rays yet said they weren’t covered (he was a new patient) got x-rays elsewhere that were covered, then tried to call and ask if they would do his cleaning, got a lady that couldn’t understand me, she transferred me to the office where they said please hold and then disconnected on me.
