Kisha was so great. Super nice and helpful!! She answered the questions I had and helped me understand.
Scheduling appointment is horrible! You schedule your appointment on a certain time, you can wait up to 3-4 hrs! I've updated my address to my current address, and they've been sending my bills to the wrong address. Each time I'd go in to do dental work, I told them I'd pay immediately after all the insurance has been deducted! I was NEVER CALLED for updates or anything, and now my account has been sent to Argon Collection Agency! Worse place it's my 3rd appt I make and my first 2 were canceled and third one I just had scedualed my appt this morning and they said 3:00 I go in and for them to say its till 4 wow just had a 45 min drive for NOTHING and I'm a new client and already had my worse experience!!!! Also there front desk people are so rude I will call to difenetly complain!!!!!
