I have the worst experience with the receptionist here for the past year she’s so horrible! Always in a bad mood rude to all patients. The assistants and dentist are good and I like having my ortho appointments with them but every time Veronica is the receptionist I wish I was else where. Had an appointment at 11 & I was just told I still have to wait 2more hrs just to be seen! Bringing a toddler to the dentist and have to wait 3hrs for his appointment is a disaster waiting to happen....
Western Dental took my copay in excess of 1,000 dollars based on what they expected my insurance to pay. My insurance paid more but they did not notify me. They received the payment over 4 months ago. I found out by accident. I asked for my money back a week ago and Billing said it would be 20-40 days because they had to "audit". I read that the Dental Board recommends immediate refunds in this situation. I told Western Dental and they said 20-40 days is their policy. Western Dental does not have a procedure to identify that... read more

My Dentist Dr Ramandeep and staff are excellent. I had an emergency Friday night and couldn't sleep and Saturday morning they saw me first thing. Everything was fixed and no more pain. I'm feeling Happy :)
