be careful with y'all insurance, Western Dental will try to charge you as much money they can first time visit. if you have a better insurance company ohhhh they going to add as much they can to reach over $10,000... shoot my wife teeth wasn't that bad but why in the world they charge our insurance a little over $11,000 and she pay $2,348 like seriously???? that to me its call fraud and trust me i will find out and i will take this company to court asap!
This place is a joke! The manager Cynthia Curry is a joke! This is the second time that I go to this POS of a dental office and they can't see me because my insurance wasn't verified. The receptionist are as dumb as the manager! FYI if you look on the back of the card there is a number where you can call and verify the eligibility of the insurance! Just useless

I give you 1 star because I cannot give a BIG 0! They treated me like a thing they can get money off, no human treatment at all! I went there for a cleaning, they push you to agree on procedures just to get the more money out of the insurer, I refused to all and stick to cleaning, they suddenly gave me two injections and start doing another procedure, I didn't speak up at the beginning because due to my ignorance on the procedures, I trusted that was part of the cleaning, but NO, I ended up with two fillings (or wherever the... read more
