My son is a patient at Western Dental in Delano, Ca. During my son’s ortho visit today, an employee at Western Dental by the name of Lupita was unprofessional and provided poor customer service. This place has 4 people in the front and they can't even provide good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else. Western dental corporation you just lost 5 members with private insurance due to the front staff. When I asked to have the managers number they wouldn't give it to me. �
