If you have better insurance options, skip Western Dental. Kids 10 yrs or younger get X-rays done and see a dentist at another appointment.this was my first time there since switching to this insurance, I don't want to go back. That place is all bad👎🏿 I visited the Delano, Ca office
MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS OF WHAT YOU PAID !! I HAVE A BROKEN APPT., SO THEY CHARGE ME OF $35, FROM JANUARY. WHICH IS I ALREADY PAID ! & NOW I HAVE A COLLECTION CALLING ME ABOUT THIS!! I CALLED THE 1-800 WESTERN DENTAL, THEY SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING SHOWING OF MY PAYMENT !!!!!! SO ANNOYED !!!
