As I needed dental work this western dentist was recommended to me. Went in to make an appointment. Gave my l’d and proof of insurance. Was given appointment for next day and also given form to fill out. When I returned next day was informed system was down and given option to wait or make another appointment. The doctor and staff are do welcoming. The environment is so refreshing and the staff are very professional
I got there early to do my paper work , I had a ten thirty am appointment. I waited until 1240 pm to see a doctor!!!! The X-ray tech was extremely rough , because of the rush to cram as many people in as possible. I definitely won't do that again.
worst choice I ever made ...don't recommend them at all ! making business with them was the biggest mistake of my life !
FUCK WESTERN DENTAL THEY ARE LYING ASS LAZY ASS TWO FACED ASS THIEVING ASS CROOKS !!!! THEY TOOK 1200 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND TRIED TO GIVE ME A NEW 1500 CONTRACT!! THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE LAME IN EXPLAINING PROPERLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO THEY JUST ASK ASK ASK AND ASK FOR MONEY WITH ARMS OUTSTRETCHED AND RETURN SHITTY SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TO YOU !!!!! Amazing, everyone here was brilliant, helpful and kind. Cannot thank the staff here enough for their help. Service was top notch, and the dentist was professional and lovely. Five stars, will be back
