poor customer servive. got there in time for my appointment and said i had to wait because there was two other people in front of me... then told me to wait in my car until i was called. i got called. an hour after my appointment time l, went in and they said i was late and they had to reschedual. and i could be seen for another 2 weeks. in top if taking in people that dint even have appointments in first.
RecommendedMy husband went there, and he can actually EAT with his teeth. They fit well.and his smile is great. I have had dentures made three times now, and have yet to get some that fit well, look good, and I can eat with. I am going to try Western Dental next time.

Professional and friendly
The wait here is RIDICULOUS!!! Every time it is a guaranteed 2-3hr wait AFTER your scheduled appointment time. First it’s one room for x-rays (totally understandable) then it’s one room to sit and wait for the dr to come in and look at said x-rays, then it’s move you to another room for treatment! Very un-personable staff. The doctors have to get the front office to seat rooms because they are too busy talking. You can never get through the offices actual line, constantly sent through their corporate line to book an appointm... read more
They don’t have their act together and try to over sell you on stuff you don’t need.

Been waiting FOREVER, swear to God they forgot I'm sitting in the chair waiting to get my filling. sit here another 12 min will be an 1 1/2 hrs. they told me 45 min and I'm you g to rip them a new one!!
