Because of the western dental (across from the mall) I now must take Xanax or valium BEFORE and AFTER being seen by a dentist, and haven't been back to the dentist in 2 years, I prefer to deal with half a tooth and a mouth full of missing fillings since they kept falling out because WESTERN DENTAL doesn't know what they're doing. Everyone I know....and I do mean everyone that has dealt with them...will never go back. SPARE YOURSELF. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has insurance or medical cover. The wait is long and it's crowded. Sometimes you can not even get a seat. The dentist especially the asian lady that examined my teeth was no responsive and very rude. I was told i have 9 cavities. I went to Another dental center and I was told i have 3. What the heck is going on. Whatever it is i would not go back there again.
This office took 2 hours to get me in and out. I didn't have any cavities so I just needed a cleaning. It was very frustrating to just wait that long for a cleaning. They don't even floss my teeth; my teeth didn't feel sqeeky clean after they were finished. There is also no privacy. All the patients are in the back in one big room so everyone can hear your oral conditions. The dentists use no discretion. I heard one destist tell a patient "you have eight cavities", she was loud. The dentist is a very nice lady who cares about your comfort! I went in today to have my root canal done. The assistants make minor mistakes here and there (Because they are fresh from school or in school) but are nice people. I had a fast procedure. I was not waiting very long when I got there. Fast service and reasonable prices ( they have me on a payment plan ) you really can't beat it!
