I got 2 fillings put in. it has been a month and 1 of my fillings is still aching because my filling is too big so it is making my teeth ache. When i close my mouth one side of my teeth touches first then the other side. i made a appointment to get it fixed. My appointment was at 3 and they called my in at 2:55pm.. i was excited i didnt have to wait long until i got in there and they tell me that the doctor is finishing up his lunch. My husband had a 9:45 am appointment and is handicapped walks with a cane and has to use oxygen 100% of the time, he arrived 5 min late for the appointment (first time ever being there) it took the receoptionist another 5 minutes to find his name and appointmen said "you are 15 min late and you will have to reschedule!" what a crock. He has had a painful broken tooth with no sleep for 3 days and they knew this. They do not get any starts in my book. There was no call for this. My husband got upper dentures in December 2012, since then 4 different teeth have fell out. Was not eating hard things. This is the third set of dentures he has had, and never have teeth fallen out before. I also have dentures and have for 40 years and never had a tooth fall out. He is afraid to eat anything, we did not have insurance and he had to take $1068 our of saving for the top dentures. Would not recommend them to anyone.

HAVING READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS POSTED HERE, I FIND IT HARD TO IMAGINE THAT THE ONE STAR COMMENTS ARE DESCRIBING THE SAME DENTIST WHO HAS TREATED ME FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL MYSELF; SO I CONSIDER MY OBSERVATIONS FAIRLY WELL INFORMED. DR. SCHMAL'S WORK ON MY MOUTH HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY IN EVERY WAY. ALSO, SHE KNOWS HER TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS, AND DOES NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND A REFERRAL TO A SPECIALIST WHEN CONDITIONS WARRANT. First, I have to say I loved the dentist who helped me...........HOWEVER....(and this is a big one) the staff was outrageously rude. All they did was talk about the parties they were going to attend and what they were having for lunch. They yelled back and forth to each other making jokes and acted as if I (and the other patients in the "stalls") were cadavers. The front desk was even worse; I waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to hang up from a personal phone call before she took care of me. Not going back....

Each visit there was the most disturbing experience ever. The services such as tooth extractions and fillings took long amounts of time while facing unbearable pain. I sat and cried wondering when would it all be over. I am a senior, not a child and the pain I endured while they worked caused me to cry out, at that point I was told to "be quiet". I had to remind them I was not a child, I know unbearable pain when I feel it. Every single repair they made such as fillings have since fallen out (within a few months). Where teet... read more

I had my teeth whitened here and got amazing results. I have been to many dentists before, and have to say they did a real good job.
