Extremely poor customer service, poor quality of work, unclean, stereotypes patients. Long story short I made appointment showed up on time, received no treatment then incomplete treatment to ended up with a gum infection and pain. I knew something was wrong when all the other patients were complaining in the waiting room. Its doesn't pay to give this company the benefit of the doubt. Save your teeth and yourself a headache, don't go to western dental.

So I came into this location looking to get braces this absolutely amazing young lady Joana was the one to assist she was wonderful polite always had a smile on her face. Brought me in asap asked me what exactly I was looking for broke everything down to detail to make sure I had no questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this location especially the help of Joana she was amazing definitely looking forward to my next appointment!
I just want to say thank you for doing a great job on my treatments specially to Dr. Gupta and Dr. Gill.Pheap for doing my cleaning. Jiselle and Sherryll for helping me out with the financial.
Jiselle (Patient Care Coordinator) was truly an angel sent front heaven! I went in in severe pain and wasn’t going to be seen by a specialist until March. She worked magic and got me a next day appointment! She cares about the patients!
The staffs are polite & courteous. They accommodate my Mom accdg to her needs. Dr. Gupta did a good job & gave excellent service & so with the rest of the staffs who attended to my Mom’s needs. And Joanna is very accommodating & they are all friendly . Thank you so much for the excellent service. 👍

Joanna was a big help and was good w/ details and fast! Had appointment at 11:30am and got seen really quick! Very short wait! Highly recommend this office! I have a orthodontist appointment today and Divine was also a great help schedule me a appointment and was very clear on details.
The lady who helped me at the front desk was very rude.I had an issue and she treated me like I was lying to her. Not good for someone who is paying thousands of dollars for her child to have an experience like that.
