The customer service we received at Western bowl leaves a little to be desired, for a party of 14 we had security called on us because there was an hour wait and the cashier didn't like us standing around waiting....Well I'm what did you suppose we did then?? This isn't my first BAD experience here...All good now we know we can go to Beech Grove bowling alley and be welcomed late into the night for almost half what Western bowl costs!!!! Good luck to you, what you spent on renovations you could have spent for better help!!!
The band that played Saturday 3-4-17, was horrible. Well at least the female singer was, the male singers wernt that bad. I dang near never want to go on a Saturday night, just because I don't want to have to listen to her voice ruin great songs.
Had a great time Saturday me and some of my friends was there. A lady let her kids kick the trash cans over by us and the issue was resolved in a quick professional manor kinda pricey in my opinion but all in all was a great time.
It is very big with alot of space and there surface is very good and quick they are reasnoable with there prices and there lanes are in exellent condition. I would go again and recommed people who are looking for a good family activity to come and vist you guys at Western Bowl/
what a scam this place is. last nite my friend and I was there bowling. we paid for 4 games together, 2 separately. they j ipped us out of one game, and even though they gave me a print out of what they were talking about, which was a hokes, my friend and I said were going to take our money else where. and the bowling balls got stuck in the back, where the pins are, we had to get someone to come over and adjust my friends score, and something else I cant think of now. but I would think twice about going there again! glad I k... read more
