Staff was clueless, had problems from the time I walked in the door, and felt I didn't get my moneys worth.
We had my sons 12th birthday there yesterday. When we got there the had lost our reservation. Moving past this we decided to just rent a lane and play a few games. We paid for three games each. Before we finished our second game our lanes shut off. When my husband went to address the manager about the problem we was told we only paid for 2 and that we wouldn't be able to finish the frame we started. As if that wasnt enough to upset a paying customer the people in the lane next to us had a small child that would throw a ball ... read more
My family & I decided to go bowling on a Friday night just for some fun, that very night changed a lot for us...we were asked to join a doubles league & then from there we met some people & joined a 4 person team, we also got our kids involved in a league as well :) They just finished their 8 for 8 and received their very own balls last Sunday & were in 3rd place. Had my granddaughters 4th birthday party at this location. Paid for a private room and at check-in the manager was so disrespectful. Treated us as if we didn't have the money to pay for 14 people, 3 lanes and room we reserved. The kids had a great time bowling. After the first game we went into the room to eat cake and open presents. We came back to play the second game and all our pizza, drinks, chicken tenders had all been thrown away. The customer service here was very poor. Instead of explaining to us where we needed to go to wait to be called upon. Security was called twice on our party of 14. There was no need for that type of service. So from now on I will tell anyone who wants to go bowing, to Not attend this crap hole of an alley. There are plenty of others out here that will give better service than we did on Saturday evening.
