The ER staff took excellent and prompt care of my son. From the registration, to the nurses, the xray technician and the doctor all were friendly and professional.
I have had an emergency operation on October 2, 2015 and I have a very good doctor, Dr. Leroy Smith and great care from nurses . Thank you very much for your care .
Great hospital and staff few er doctors need to leave or be terminated but other than that good place
The nurse and doctor were polite but not very forthcoming with information. Husband was brought by ambulance and they made me wait in the waiting room for over an hour without knowing what was going on with him. The front desk staff seems to be only clerical people who cannot get an information from ER staff. Since we had no control over where he was taken I guess some care is better than none but they could be more compassionate when family is very worried. This hospital ER is slower than molasses on a frozen morning 3 1/2 hrs and still have no been seen by a doctor this hospital sux in everyway
Waited 2 1/2 hours to piss in a cup, waited 30 min to get a CT scan, and waited 2 1/2 hours to get discharged; all for $12,000.
Go to valley view I used to be a nurse and part of the job is being kind to people their already sick and these nurses are biotches all of them
Staff & Dr are great, ease you mind, great food.
