RecommendedWent to ER with a kidney stone and was immediately seen. The level of service was exceptional. Logan, Chuck, Kaylee and Dr. Preyear went above their job duties to make sure I was taken care of and I am extremely grateful!

Staff members lie to patients and management does nothing about it. Students who are not fully trained are performing procedures and examinations without supervision. Lost all confidence in healthcare after recent experience in radiology department. The radiologist won’t answer question clarifying report. Staff circles back and more lies. Terrible customer (patient) cares and services and lack of compassion for patient. Sad that we have such a hard time getting adequate healthcare locally.

RecommendedI had a hysterectomy yesterday and I will tell you, I have never been to a hospital we’re every single person, admissions, nurses and doctors were so nice, caring, and just so pleasant! Just wanted to thank everyone that helped me yesterday! Thanks you!
RecommendedI commended the Cardiac RehabCenter. Lisa and Susan provided excellent service in facilitating my rehab! I felt very safe they were monitoring my rehab, meticulously disinfected all surfaces, and recorded my progress.

My mother was visiting family in Bentonville and became ill and was rushed to the ER. I called hourly to get updates and her nurse, Darcy was very short and rude with me each time and didn’t want to hear anything I tried to tell her about my moms medical issues. She was taken to the ER with a fever of 101.6 yet not tested for Covid. My mother is 85 years old, our family members that she was visiting couldn’t be there with her, and she was scared I’m sure. I delivered my daughter via C section in Mercy in 2018, 8 hours after delivery I had to request they check/massage my uterus (having healthcare and previous delivery knowledge i knew this was needed). I was checked once. The amount of healing time was unreal, at Willowcreek the nurses started 15 mins after surgery and every 15 mins for 2 hours then every 30 for 2 hours and then every hour for 2 hours.
