My 5 year old son and I had an amazing experience here on 11/15/17! The doctor and nurses were kind and compassionate and catered to us between crackers, juice, warm blankets and even the cutest teddy bear for my son! Thank you for being so caring and amazing!�

Western regional AZ hospital is honestly trying to charge $250 for claiming ONLY checking blood pressure and temperature! Are you kidding me??? Which they claimed they did, but did not! We had a conversation with the nurse about his arm and then left cuz we realized we could treat it ourselves. Which we went to Walgreens and PURCHASED our own supplies. Y'all are some thieves, to even send a bill for that much for doing nothing! Smfh We left before he was even seen by a doctor, because they had too many people there and it wa... read more

Finding my mother in law lying in bed with out a diaper, soak wet in her own urine was UNACCEPTABLE!!! We left at noon, after her catheter was removed, and told the were putting a diaper on her. We went to pick her up 3 1/2 hrs later, and they never put one on her. She cannot fend for herself, and I would never recommend this hospital to anyone!!!
One of the worst experience of my life. Went to the ER DUE to a kidney infection. Spent 5 1/2 hours for a doctor by the name of Rich to tell me that nothing is wrong with you your just fine. Then he turns around leaves my room and as he was walking down the hallway in a loud voice say "oh, we did find meth." And keeps walkin. First of all there could not have been any meth in my system and I never gave my consent to be tested for drugs.
