This place is beyond horrible. Probably the worst, laziest, bunch of staff ever. Also, they will fuck you on your bill. Seems better to stay sick, than visit them. Health care is a fucking joke!
Checked in and had a rude registration lady talking to me with a attitude her name is Kelsey s. she kept telling me the urgent care by target was open when I said it was closed she coped a attitude saying it was open then told me to go wait in the waiting room was very unsatisfied I usually get good treatment here. .
5 hours in the waiting room. Not a room.. the waiting room. No one has been called back for 2 hours. Worst hospital ever
Great hospital...great staff super friendly and efficient.
Infection control nightmare. Needles with blood on the floor, nursing Never gloves up or washed their hands. Terrible communication skills and worse bedside manner. Toilets with urine caked on them, nasty grey greasy residue in the sinks. Lucky to be out alive without a case of MRSA!
I was just in the hospital. I was told that I was being released. I didn't get to see the doctor. They just came in and said that I was going home. I was going to ask if I could stay another day, but I didn't even get a chance. I have diverticulitis and cardio care and they come in a tell me I have a kidney problem and nothing else. I have had good care up till now. I will not return to this facility any more and will be telling everybody I know just how I was treated.
