I had a very positive experience at WARMC - from the Emergency Room to the hospital room everything went smoothly and I was treated respectfully and skillfully. I felt comfortable and confident in the heart care I received.

The ER staff are very attentive to their patients BUT the housekeeping leaves NOTHING to be desired. My brother and I were touching the bed rail and I felt something, so I looked, and I found dried blood, THAT PISSED ME OFF. I was a housekeeper in Washington state for 12 years and I cleaned in the OR, ER, ICU and the patient rooms and I have to say that I OWNED my job. This housekeeping needs more training and the housekeeping boss needs to be checking how the staff is working.
A big thanks to the Emergency Department and Telemetry floor for taking GREAT care of my dad, who was seen and admitted with heart issues. So relieved for the very quick, skilled and kind attention he received. He is doing so well, and we were so happy to get this caliber of skilled care right here at home.
I want to thank the nurses and doctors that attended my brother Jimmy. I have never seen my brother happy and at peace. He was well taken care of and everyone was so nice and so tentive. He was released yesterday after being there a few days and he made sure he shook all their hands and thanked him for their care. WARMC Rocks!
